Starting today, the U-18 team will embark on a tour to Germany (from March 22 to March 31). In addition to strengthening the team for the "Emperor's Cup U-18 Soccer League 2015 PREMIST EAST," which kicks off on April 12 after a four-year hiatus, we want to enhance individual skills by experiencing world-class soccer firsthand.
During this expedition period, matches are scheduled against some of the top teams in the Bundesliga youth league, such as Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund, and Schalke 04, and we want to compete boldly and honorably, just like FC Tokyo U-18, without any fear.
Today is the travel day to Germany. We will board the flight to Paris departing from Narita Airport at 12:00, and after a transit, we will arrive at Düsseldorf Airport after approximately 16 hours of flight.

Furthermore, we arrived at the accommodation in the suburbs of North Rhine-Westphalia by bus just before 22:00 local time. It was a long journey of about 18 hours.
The players couldn't hide their fatigue, but they seemed satisfied with the beautiful accommodations and delicious meals.

In the morning tomorrow, I will work on alleviating jet lag and recovering from the fatigue of the long journey with a walk, and in the afternoon, I want to make sure to prepare well for the first match of this expedition against Bayer Leverkusen, which will take place the day after tomorrow.
