Day 2 of the U-18 Germany Expedition.
Due to the late arrival last night, I woke up slowly at 8:00 in the morning. After breakfast, I took a leisurely walk for just under an hour on the hotel grounds (the site of an old castle).
Although it was a bit chilly, the players were able to fully enjoy the clear blue sky and soak up the sunlight, which seems to have helped them overcome their jet lag.

After lunch, we took a bus for about 30 minutes from the hotel to the stadium of VVV Venlo in neighboring Netherlands. We borrowed the adjacent practice field and spent about an hour sweating through running, ball passing, and small games to prepare for tomorrow's match against Bayer Leverkusen.
