In addition, the winning team of this tournament will earn the right to participate in the PREMIST World Finals 2015.

(1) 1 team from each of the 9 regional associations
(2) 1 team from each of the Hokushinetsu and Kyushu regional associations as a promotion slot
(3) 1 team from the Chugoku regional association as the previous year's champion

□Tournament Format：
(1) First Round: The 12 participating teams are divided into 3 groups of 4 teams each. The top team from each group (a total of 3 teams) and the highest-ranked second-place team from among the groups (1 team) will advance to the final round.
The ranking method in the First Round is determined by 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss, ranked in order of total points. However, if the total points are the same, the ranking will be determined according to the following items.
①Goal difference (total goals - total conceded)
②Total goals in all matches
③Head-to-head results between the teams (wins and losses)
④Draw (with the presence of representatives from the teams)
One team from the second-place teams in each group of the preliminary round that advances to the Final Round will be determined in the following order.
①Total points from all matches
②Goal difference from all matches (= total goals - total conceded)
③Total number of goals scored in all matches
④Draw (with the presence of the representatives of the relevant teams)
(2) Final Round: The top 4 teams will compete in a knockout format to determine the champion and the top 3 positions (no third-place match will be held).
The matchups for the Final Round will be determined by a lottery after the completion of the preliminary round. Furthermore, the lottery will be conducted to ensure that teams from the same group in the preliminary round do not face each other.
