Tournament Format
・A league tournament will be held using a round-robin format with 12 teams in the 2nd round.
・Teams in the lower division of the 1st league and the top 2 teams in the 2nd league will automatically switch leagues for the following year.
・24 teams participating in the Kanto League (1st and 2nd divisions) will be given the opportunity to participate in the "Kanto Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-15)" and the "Emperor's Cup All Japan Youth (U-15) Soccer Championship Kanto Tournament".
・Top teams in the Kanto League will be given the opportunity to participate in the "Emperor's Cup All Japan Youth (U-15) Soccer Championship" (The number of participating teams will be the number of teams subtracted from the 2016 Kanto participation quota [The current number of teams is undecided])

Match Format
- The match will last for 80 minutes (40 minutes for each half), and in case of a tie, it will be considered a draw.
- The halftime interval will be 10 minutes (from the end of the first half to the start of the second half) as a general rule.
