Details have been finalized regarding the "40th Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-18) Kanto Tournament" in which FC Tokyo U-18 will participate. We appreciate your enthusiastic support for FC Tokyo U-18.
□Tournament Overview
≪Group Stage≫
Based on the points from the previous year, the teams registered with the Kanto Club Youth Soccer Federation, excluding those participating in the Premier League and Prince League, will be divided into 7 groups, with the top 3 teams from each group advancing to the knockout stage.
* FC Tokyo U-18 will participate from the knockout stage as they belong to the Premier League EAST.
≪Knockout Stage≫
A knockout stage will be held with a total of 32 teams, including the teams advancing from the group stage and the teams participating in the Premier Prince League, granting qualification for the 40th Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-18) to the top 11 teams.
Furthermore, the final rankings for the national tournament qualifiers, from 3rd to 10th place, will be determined by calculating backwards from the championship team.
For example, the 3rd place will be determined as the team that lost to the champion team in the Semifinal Round.
