1. Fill out the application form (download it here). Be sure to obtain the approval seal from the representative or coach of your affiliated team.
2. Pay the participation fee (3,100 yen) at the Loppi machine located inside the nearest Lawson (or Mini Stop).

Please submit the 'FC Tokyo U-18 Selection [Participation Ticket]' at the time of registration on the day.

Please enclose the above 1 and 2, and send it by mail to arrive by 17:00 on July 28 (Thursday).
