U-15 Musashi Netherlands Expedition Day 3

Third day of the Netherlands expedition.
Today, I went for a walk before breakfast and started the day with radio calisthenics.
Even with this radio calisthenics, there are players who consciously engage their limbs, players who seem to enjoy it with a smile, and players who appear to do it a bit reluctantly, each showing their own demeanor.
By approaching even small things positively, the players realize that there are opportunities for growth.

The training after breakfast requested a natural grass pitch in preparation for the Easter International Tournament, which Marc Overmars will participate in starting on the 15th.
Started training with gratitude for those who worked to fulfill our requests.
Training focused on the issues that arose in yesterday's training match, such as defending head-on and being aware of demonstrating strength in crucial moments to lead to results.
Struggling on the pitch, but showcasing intensity in ball contests and a commitment to competition, spending fulfilling time.

In the afternoon, a training match with FC Dordrecht U14, which belongs to the Dutch Second Division, the Eerste Divisie.
However, due to traffic congestion, the bus arrived at the hotel 50 minutes late. We hurriedly departed, but we got caught in traffic again, and the usual 30-minute journey took over an hour, arriving nearly 2 hours later than scheduled.
We ended up heading into the match without being able to do much of a warm-up.
Additionally, since the venue is the home stadium of FC Dordrecht, nearly 100 spectators attended.
It has become an excellent opportunity to test the theme of this expedition, which is to "accept everything," in a very difficult situation.

The match started with both teams fiercely clashing in offense and defense.
Musashi gradually increases their possession of the ball and attacks forward with more players.
On the other hand, FC Dordrecht quickly targets the open spaces created by Musashi's forward play.
The balance was broken in the 13th minute when Osako lost the ball once but quickly regained it, then broke through with a dribble and struck with his left foot into the goal.
After that, many players were involved in breaking through, adding 2 more goals, and finishing the first half with a score of 3 to 0.
During halftime, players share and communicate their feelings from the first half.
Coach Sato said, "Increase the tempo more and repeatedly enter and exit while observing the opponent's response."

From the start of the second half, we will actively go to win the ball from the front line and not give the opponent any freedom.
Changing sides and making precise passes in the center to shake the opponent and accumulate goals.
However, we concede a goal due to a slight lapse.
A long ball is played to the side from the opponent's free kick near the half-line.
After allowing a cross into the goal area, the opponent's shot is initially deflected by GK Kamoshita, but the loose ball is pushed in.
FC Dortmund supporters showed a surge of excitement, but even in that atmosphere, the players remained calm and added one more goal just before the end, finishing the match 8 to 1.
While we were able to show growth in terms of "accepting everything," it was still a day where our weaknesses were evident.

Tomorrow, we will have training in the morning and will move in the afternoon for the Mark Overmars Easter International Tournament.
In order to enter the tournament in the best possible condition, the players want to prepare well starting from tonight's dinner.
