≪Sec. 32 Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship Qualifying Conditions≫
Give the right to participate in the 31st Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-15) to the top 14 teams from 1st to 14th place. 
15th to 22nd place will be given the right to participate in the 4th JCY Intercity Cup EAST.
