■What is the J.League version of the Society Studies?
Since 2010, the J.League has been implementing the "Career Design Support Program: J.League version of Society Studies" as part of its player development initiatives in human resource development activities.
This program aims to cultivate the appropriate mindset and perspective on "career" for individuals aspiring to become professional competitors, as well as to foster a suitable work ethic and professional outlook as members of society, with the goal of developing individuals who can actively contribute to and thrive in their communities in the future.
