■About the J.League Yononaka Science
The J.League has been implementing the "Career Design Support Program J.League Yononaka Science" since the 2010 season as part of its efforts to develop players in its human resource development activities.
This program aims to cultivate the mindset and attitude towards a suitable "career" for those who aspire to become professional athletes, and to foster appropriate attitudes towards employment and occupations as working adults. Its goal is to develop individuals who can contribute and excel in their local communities in the future.
