In order to organize the 2018 FC Tokyo U-15 Musashi team, selections will be conducted for current 6th graders based on the following criteria.

Currently U-5 field players and goalkeepers (from April 2018 to first year of junior high school)
※We will strive to ensure that players can commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gakugei University Attached Koganei Junior High School) within 90 minutes from their homes.

① Download the application form from the following and fill in the necessary information. Be sure to have the representative or coach of your team stamp their approval.
