Normally, the general admission would begin once the SOCIO waiting line has ended, but due to the reasons below, we had to open the gates for general admission earlier.
・At the match event "Big Thank You Day", players were positioned at the entrance gate for high-fives without prior notice, but it took longer than expected for fans to interact with the players.
・As a result, the situation continued where the SOCIO and general waiting lines at the back remained in the boarding and alighting space for the shuttle bus and youth bus tours, and ultimately, to ensure the safety of the bus boarding area, we had to allow general attendees to enter before resolving the SOCIO waiting line.
