We deeply apologize for causing great discomfort to those who were waiting in the SOCIO standby line at today's Sagan Tosu match.
Normally, once the SOCIO waiting line is finished, the general public will be allowed to enter. However, due to the following reasons, we had to open the gates for the general public earlier than planned.
・Match event "Big Thank You Day" was held, and players were unexpectedly placed at the entrance gate to give high fives, but it took more time than expected due to the interaction with the players.
・As a result, the waiting lines for SOCIO and general public on the back side continued to occupy the shuttle bus and youth bus tour boarding space, and in order to ensure the safety of the bus boarding area, it was necessary to allow the general public to enter before the SOCIO waiting line was resolved.
