The deadline for priority purchase reservations is approaching, until 9/20 (Tue) at 10:00 AM, so we kindly ask all SOCIO members who wish to make a reservation not to forget to do so. Also, please review the following important points again before making your reservation.
Regarding the 2016 J.League YBC Levain Cup, the Semifinal Round will be held on October 5 (Wednesday) and 9 (Sunday), and the Final Round will take place on October 15 (Saturday).
For SOCIO members, FC Tokyo will accept "priority purchase reservations" for final tickets that will be valid if they win against Urawa Reds in the Semifinal Round and advance to the Final Round. Due to preparation time, we would like to accept reservations from September 14 (Wed) to September 20 (Tue) before the Semifinal Round, and we will provide guidance as below. Please do not forget to make your reservation.
■ Important Notes
(1) Simply sending a blank email does not complete the registration. After sending the blank email, please click the URL in the auto-reply email to complete the reservation process.
(2) Registration starts Please note that if you sent a blank email before 10:00 AM on Wednesday, 9/14, the auto-reply email has not been sent and your registration is not complete.
(3) The auto-reply email after sending a blank email is sent immediately. If you do not receive a reply within 5 minutes, there may be an issue with the address you sent from, or it may have been blocked by spam filters or other security settings.Please configure your settings to accept emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp".Also, please resend the blank email and click the URL in the auto-reply email to complete the reservation process.
(4) Tickets will not be prepared for those who have indicated a preference for adjacent seating. Those who have indicated a preference for adjacent seating must also complete a separate reservation process.
(5) If there are multiple SOCIO members in your family, and you are following the procedure outlined below, only one reservation has been made. Please note that it is necessary to send a blank email for each SOCIO number.Additionally, it is not a problem if you send blank emails multiple times, even if the email address is the same.

Priority ticket reservations for the Final Round are available only to SOCIO members. Please note that there will be no priority sales for club support members, fan club U-20, middle school club, or kids club members. For purchasing methods other than priority reservations, please check the J League official website and others.Please confirm.

5. About Priority Purchase Reservation Method
【Overview of Priority Purchase Reservation】
・A 'Priority Purchase Reservation' period will be established for SOCIO members. This will be valid when FC Tokyo advances to the Final Round.
The maximum number of tickets that can be reserved is equal to the number of seats held by annual ticket holders.
Example: For home free seating for adults, the number of tickets that can be reserved for purchase is 1
For home free seating for families, the number of tickets that can be reserved for purchase is 2
For home free seating for family 2, the number of tickets that can be reserved for purchase is 3
・Please select your preferred seat type and quantity up to your third choice. You cannot select multiple seat types within one preference. We will adjust to ensure that everyone at the same address has the same seat type.
The Final Round is organized by the J League, and due to the maximum number of tickets available for each type of seat that can be secured by the club, there may be cases where we cannot provide tickets up to your third choice. In such cases, we plan to provide tickets in the Main Upper Side designated seating.
・It is not on a first-come, first-served basis. The seating location (reserved seats) will be determined by a lottery within the area you applied for, and individual seat selection is not possible.
・Requests for adjacent seats in designated seating will be accepted, but please understand that due to the nature of J-League hosted and managed matches, we cannot guarantee the same type or adjacent seating.

【Information After Priority Purchase Reservation】
(1) During the week of 9/26 (Monday), we will send the types of seats available for purchase to the email address you registered at the time of reservation.
(2) After the conclusion of the Semifinal Round 2 match on 10/9 (Sun), if you advance to the Final Round, we will send the 'reservation number' that can be purchased at the nearest Lawson and Mini Stop stores via the Loppi system to the email address you registered.
Changes or cancellations cannot be made after the reservation period, so everyone who has applied must make sure to complete their purchase.
【Corporate Annual Ticket Purchasing Companies】
Everyone who has purchased a corporate annual ticket will also be eligible for priority purchase reservations. The SOCIO priority purchase reservation process is different, and a separate notification will be sent.
