We would like to inform you about the annual ticket resale, which has become a SOCIO benefit starting from the 2018 season.
When using the resale site, please check the following procedures and precautions before proceeding with the resale process.

■Annual Ticket Resale Procedure
(1) Select the match you want to list from the FC Tokyo page on StubHub.jp (https://www.stubhub.jp/f-c-tokyo-tickets/ca9273).
(2) Enter the ticket details from the 'Sell Tickets' button at the top right of the page.
* Please select the "Membership Card" format.
* For the ticket type, please enter the seat category of your annual ticket and select "No" for ticket shipping preparation.
<Note>As the match approaches, you will no longer be able to select options regarding ticket delivery. In that case, selecting this item is not necessary.
* For "pair seats", set sales are available. For "Family (Adult + U18 set ticket)" and "Family 2 (Adult + U18 + U18)", only set sales or one "Adult" ticket is possible. (* It is not possible to list only "U18" tickets.) Please select "1" for the number of tickets when listing "pair seats" or one "Adult" ticket. For "Family Adult + U18 set ticket", select "2", and for "Family 2 (Adult + U18 + U18)", select "3", and please choose the listing method as "all together".
(3) Set the listing price.
*The resale price limit will be the advance sale price.
(4) Please enter your customer information. Log in to your StubHub.jp account or create an account if you are listing for the first time.
(5) Set the method of receiving payment in case the sale is completed.
*If you are already registered, your registration information will be displayed.
(6) After confirming the registration details on the confirmation screen, click 'Complete'.
(7) Once you receive a confirmation email from StubHub.jp, please send your SOCIO number (5 digits) to the contact address in the email.
* For "Pair Seats", "Family (Adult + U18 Set Ticket)", and "Family 2", please send the SOCIO numbers for all seats. For "Pair Seats" and "Family (Adult + U18 Set Ticket)", you need to send 2 SOCIO numbers, and for "Family 2 (Adult + U18 + U18)", you need to send 3 SOCIO numbers. * If you are listing only one "Adult" ticket for "Family (Adult + U18 Set Ticket)" or "Family 2", please send only one SOCIO number.
(8) The listing is now complete!
No need to ship annual tickets (SOCIO cards and seat stickers).
(9) You will receive a notification by email once the ticket is purchased. The payment will be transferred after the match.
■Notes
●To the seller・Listing annual tickets is possible after the SOCIO card and seat stickers have arrived.
・Only annual tickets can be resold, and they can be sold as individual match tickets. Resale of other tickets is not accepted. If paper or e-tickets other than annual tickets are listed, they will be canceled without prior notice.
The tickets you listed will be posted on the page according to general sales. You can register for listing up to 3 business days before each match. Regarding sales, they will be posted on the page from the official general sales date until 2 business days before each match.
●Notice from FC Tokyo
If you list on StubHub and a sale is completed, the annual ticket viewing rights for that match will be lost. Therefore, the SOCIO card's entry function will be temporarily suspended. If you purchase a separate ticket and attend, please be careful as an error will occur when you touch the "IC card" to the one-touch pass terminal at the entry gate.
●For Buyers・Tickets can be purchased from the official general sales date until two business days before the match. After completing the purchase process, we will send you a purchase confirmation email, so please present the purchase confirmation email and your identification at the "Ticket Pickup" on the day of the match. You will receive a paper ticket in exchange.
You can exchange tickets from 2 hours before the match starts until the end of the first half.
Please ensure that the applicant本人 exchanges the ticket. Please note that if the purchase confirmation cannot be obtained, you may not be able to receive the ticket.
