Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Futsal Class in Gaiemmae" in March as well. The venue will be "Meiji Jingu Gaien Futsal Club Shinanomachi Court".
This is a futsal class specifically designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of futsal and enjoy playing it!
Experience the joy of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together! We sincerely look forward to your participation.

"Adult Futsal Class in Gaiemmae (Beginner Class)"
The beginner class is for those who have experienced or learned soccer or futsal but have not played competitively. The main priority is enjoyment, and it is aimed at those who love FC Tokyo.

Beginners aged 16 and over (High school students must have parental consent)

□Number of Recruits
16 people *If there are many applications, a lottery will be held

* There will be three events in March.

□Event Time
19:30–21:00 (90 minutes)
Reception Time (19:00–19:30)
The reception will be at the same location as the Gaien Soccer School reception (in front of Court 4).
* We will do our best to hold the event even in rainy weather, but it may be canceled if it is difficult to ensure safety due to typhoons or other conditions.
No alternative date will be held in case of cancellation.

□ Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows.
・Warming up (along with the theme, icebreakers, etc.)
・Basic Training 1 (Fundamental Techniques of the Theme)
・Basic Training 2 (Training using basic techniques while applying them)
・Game

□Coaching Staff
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Class B, 47FA Soccer Class C & D Instructor)
※Usually in charge of futsal schools (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal classes (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Kodaira Gymnasium).
・Other, Promotion Department staff (may change depending on the situation)

□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding the payment of participation fees
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = Gaien Soccer School reception (FC Tokyo staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone (03-5600-4441) by 16:00 on the day of the event.
*Please be aware that if you cancel after 16:00 on the day of the event, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be incurred.
Cancellation fees will be paid on-site during your next visit.

* Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use training shoes; spikes are not allowed.
