Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will also hold the "Adult Futsal Class (Beginner Level)" in April. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
I want to kick a ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! This is a futsal class for those who want to enjoy futsal in a fun way, aimed at complete beginners.

This time, we are also divided into the ultra-beginner category for both men and women, and the category for women only (there is no specific level division, but those with a competitive mindset will not be accepted), so please make sure to check.

□Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
□Coaching Staff (Basic system with 2 members)

This will be the first Kodaira Super Beginner of the 2018 fiscal year. Let's have fun playing futsal and soccer with the coaches from the FC Tokyo Promotion Department this year!
・Rui Yokoie (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Class B in Soccer, 47FA Soccer Class C & D Instructor, Kids' Leader U-6, U-8, U-10)
※Usually in charge of futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class B)
※Usually in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class).
・Other coaches from the Promotion Department will be in charge. (The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule)
□ Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance, tax included)
※ Regarding payment of the participation fee
・The participation fee must be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 5:00 PM on the previous day (Friday).
※ If you miss the 5:00 PM deadline on the previous day, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. Also, in case of no-show without notice, you may be refused entry in future lotteries.
The cancellation fee will be collected at your next participation.

・The event on April 28 (Saturday) will be open for applications until April 18 (Wednesday) at 17:00.
※The deadline is 10 days before the event date.

*If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The results of the lottery will be notified by email by April 20 (Friday).

【About Waitlist】
For those who were not selected in the lottery and wish to be on the waitlist, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.

*Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.
