FC Tokyo will be holding the popular "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in April as well. The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.
I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to have fun playing futsal! This is a futsal class for beginners who want to do just that.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
We are looking forward to your participation, from all of us coaches.
There are also separate categories for both men and women, as well as a category for women only (there is no level division, but those who are competitive are not allowed). Please be sure to check it.

Course Introduction
Each course will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Stop, Kick, Carry as the basis)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・The coach of the FC Tokyo Promotion Department will be in charge. (The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule)
□Participation fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance and tax)
※Payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when it becomes a lottery.
The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

[About Waiting List]
If you were not selected in the lottery, and would like to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there is a cancellation. If you are selected, we will contact you by phone.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes allowed) when playing. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
