U-15 Musashi Netherlands Expedition Day 2

On the second day, we held a training match against Feyenoord and AZ Alkmaar.

The morning gathering starts with a walk and exercises in the dark at 6 AM, before the sun rises, to wake up the body for the match.

After breakfast, we traveled for about an hour and a half by bus and arrived at Feyenoord's training ground.
While amazed by the greatness of the environment, we faced the match against Feyenoord.

From the start, they aggressively pressed to win the ball, creating several shooting opportunities but failing to convert.
Even so, Musashi attacked and in the 8th minute, Fujisaki seized the opponent's control mistake, dribbled in, and pierced the goal to give Musashi the lead.

From here, the opponent gradually begins to get into gear, and although there are continued scenes of them attacking our goal, the defense remains focused and responds well.
The additional goal came in the 32nd minute when Maeno passed behind the opposing defense, and Hashimoto reacted. He calmly slotted it past the opposing GK for the second goal.
Although we conceded a goal early in the second half, we did not give the momentum to the opponent, and in the 71st minute, Tawaramizuki intercepted the opponent's GK's pass to make it 3-1.
In the 75th minute, Taguchi scored the fourth goal, leading to a 4-1 victory in the first match of the expedition to the Netherlands.

After the match, the Feyenoord first team was training on the adjacent field, and everyone returned to the dormitory after watching.

In the afternoon, we will face AZ Alkmaar in a training match. A bus that is actually used by the top players of AZ Alkmaar came to pick us up at the accommodation.

Arrived at the venue after about an hour of travel.
Starting the warm-up while being amazed by the greatness of the environment and facilities here.

In the 4th minute, right from the start, we were overwhelmed by the opponent's momentum and speed, allowing them to score the opening goal. After that, we were threatened by their attacks multiple times, but Doi and Kamiyama showed solid defensive efforts as we headed into halftime.

In the second half, while desperately playing against opponents who were bigger and stronger than us, we suffered from their speed and strength, and the match ended 0-3 with consecutive goals conceded.

The parts of our football that worked and the parts that did not.
It was a meaningful day where I was able to experience both the differences with the world.
