Ladies who are participating in the adult futsal class, we will be holding a futsal exchange match with Kawasaki Frontale at Away Frontown Saginuma on May 5 (Sat, Holiday).
Before the Tama River Clasico (J1 League Sec. 13 vs Kawasaki Frontale / 2:00 PM Kickoff at Todoroki Stadium), women will passionately and fiercely enjoy a futsal exchange match.
Once again, due to popular demand, we will be holding a training session at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu on April 29th (Sun), one week before the main event. Have you ever participated in a futsal class at Kamiigusa, Myoshinji, Fuchu, Gaien, Kodaira, or Kokubunji? Ladies who have participated in any of these classes are invited to join our friendly match. Will you join us?

We will have fun playing futsal with the participants and coaches who accompany us to the exchange match, while also using it as a training opportunity.

Eligibility
・Women who have participated in a futsal class at least once (not an adult soccer class)
- Even if you cannot participate in training days, you can always participate in friendly matches (those who cannot participate in friendly matches cannot participate in training only)
・On the day of the friendly match, please participate wearing the blue uniform with FC Tokyo's emblem.

□FC Tokyo Park Fuchu Facility Usage Notes
・Please do not bring your own ball (the facility will provide the ball).
・The facility is on the rooftop of the building. The use of balls outside of the pitch is not allowed. Please warm up without using a ball.
- You cannot enter the pitch with spikes (please use training shoes or futsal shoes).
・There are lockers in the dressing room, but the number is limited. Please understand in advance.
・Please manage your valuables on your own.
