FC Tokyo will be holding the popular "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in May as well.
I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to have fun playing futsal! This is a futsal class for beginners who want to do just that.
Experience the fun of futsal with our coaches and let's move our bodies together! Our coaches are looking forward to your participation.
There are also separate categories for both men and women, as well as a category for women only (there is no level division, but those who are competitive are asked to refrain), so please be sure to check.

"Adult Futsal Class (Co-ed Beginner Class)", "Adult Futsal Class (Women's Class)"
※This refers to those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before, which is called the super beginner class. Those who have experience in soccer or futsal are generally not accepted.

※There is a parking lot, but the number of spaces is limited, so please come by public transportation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Also, please note that there may be times when you cannot park due to events at the gymnasium.

・Beginners over 18 years old of both genders
・Only women over 16 years old (there is no level division, but please refrain from participating if you are competitive)

16 players in both Division 1 and Division 2
※If there are many applications, a lottery will be held (beginners and first-time applicants will be given priority)
※Women can participate in either Division 1 or Division 2, or both. If participating in both, please pay the fee twice.

※Reception for Part 2 will begin after Part 1 ends, so you cannot enter until Part 1 is finished. Please be aware of this.
Course Introduction
We will proceed in the following manner.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Stop, Kick, Carry as the basis)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

※We will operate with a basic two-person system.
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class A, AFC Futsal GK Level-1, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Soccer Class B, 47FA Soccer Class C and D Instructor, Kids' Leader U-6・U-8・U-10)
※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu/Ladies & Beginners) on a regular basis.
・Other coaches in the development department will be in charge (depending on the schedule, the assigned coach may change).

Participation Fee
1 time 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Payment for participation
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 5/4 (Fri) 17:00 and 5/18 (Fri) 17:00 respectively.
※If you cancel after 17:00, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when you are selected by lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

For those who have been unsuccessful in the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list for cancellations, we will conduct another lottery only when a cancellation occurs and contact the winners by phone.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes allowed) when playing. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
