FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in June as well, which has been well received. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
For those who want to kick a ball! For those who want to learn the basics of futsal! For those who want to have fun playing futsal! This is a super beginner-friendly futsal class.
Experience the fun of futsal with your coaches and move your body together!

There are also separate categories for both men and women, as well as a category for women only (there is no level division, but those who are competitive are not allowed). Please be sure to check it.

※Beginner class refers to those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. Those who have experience in soccer or futsal are generally not accepted.

Course Introduction
Each will proceed in the following flow.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Stop, Kick, Carry as the basis)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Ladies & Beginners) on a regular basis.
・Other coaches in the development department will be in charge (depending on the schedule, the assigned coach may change).

Participation Fee
1 time 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
<Payment of participation fee>
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when you are selected by lottery.
The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

For those who have been unsuccessful in the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list for cancellations, we will conduct another lottery only when a cancellation occurs and contact the winners by phone.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard. The room temperature is also very high. Please bring plenty of fluids with you.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes allowed) when playing. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
