Starting today (7/10), the J-League's "Best Development Club Award" winner from last year, will begin their trip to Sweden to participate in the "GOTHIA CUP" as representatives of the J-Club Academy.
On July 10th, I took a flight from Narita at 22:00 and arrived at Copenhagen Airport in Denmark at 13:30 local time on the 11th after a transit at Doha Airport.
In addition, it was a long journey of 27 hours from Narita to the dinner venue near the accommodation by chartered bus for 3 and a half hours.
However, the players showed no signs of exhaustion and energetically had dinner.
After dinner, the players checked into their accommodations and had a brief meeting. Some watched the World Cup semifinal on TV, while others went to the adjacent field to sweat it out. Each player was able to relax and recover from the long journey, ending the first day.
Over the next four days, we will focus on training and practice matches to strengthen the team and adjust our condition, in order to be in the best physical and mental state for the first day of the tournament.
