※If there are a large number of applications, participants will be selected by lottery.

2,500 yen (tax included)

※Payment will be collected on the day of reception.

Notification of Selection/Non-selection
We will contact you by email by 6:00 PM on August 17th (Friday).
※We will definitely reply by 18:00 on August 20th (Friday), regardless of whether you are selected or not. If you do not receive a response, please contact the soccer school office (03-5600-4441).

Regarding the decision to hold the event
In case of bad weather, the event may be cancelled.
In that case, we will make a decision one hour before the event starts. In the event of cancellation, we will inform you on the FC Tokyo Park Fuchu homepage and Twitter. Please note that we will not contact you directly about the cancellation.
□Entrance to the facility
Isetan and Forus, located in the building where FC Tokyo Park Fuchu is located, will open at 10:00. The elevator to FC Tokyo Park Fuchu will only be available from 8:30 and there is only one elevator.

Notes on Facility Usage
・Please do not bring your own ball (the facility will provide the ball).
・The facility is on the rooftop of the building. The use of the ball outside of the pitch is not allowed.
- You cannot enter the pitch with spikes. Please come in training shoes or futsal shoes.
・There may be times when it is difficult to connect by phone. Please understand in advance.
・Photos may be taken during events. They may be used by FC Tokyo or FC Tokyo Park Fuchu. Please be aware of this in advance.

・If you are a member of a team, please make sure to obtain permission from your team before applying.
※At the time of application, we will assume that we have obtained the team's consent.
・Photos taken during the event may be posted on FC Tokyo's various media outlets. Please note this in advance.
・Personal information such as your address and name may be used for contacting you regarding this matter and providing information about FC Tokyo.
