We will contact you by email by 18:00 on August 17 (Friday).

□Decision on Hosting
In case of inclement weather, the event may be canceled.
In that case, we will make a decision one hour before the event starts. In the event of cancellation, we will provide information on the FC Tokyo Park Fuchu homepage and Twitter. Please note that we will not contact you regarding cancellations from here.

□Important Notes for Facility Use
・Please do not bring your own balls (the facility will provide them).
・The facility is located on the rooftop of a building. Use of balls is not permitted outside the pitch.
・Spikes are not allowed on the pitch. Please come in training shoes or futsal shoes.
・There may be times when it is difficult to connect by phone. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
・Photos may be taken during events.
They may be used by FC Tokyo or FC Tokyo Park Fuchu. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

□Other
・If you belong to a team, please be sure to obtain the consent of your affiliated team before applying.
*It will be considered that you have obtained the team's approval at the time of your application.
・Photos taken during the event may be published in FC Tokyo's various promotional media. Thank you for your understanding.
