Our club's Daiki NIWA has been continuously engaged in activities such as donating soccer balls to children in disaster-stricken areas following the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in 2011, and last June, he initiated the "Niwa Grass Project" by planting grass in the playground of a kindergarten in Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture. This time, we are pleased to announce that we will be conducting activities at the Ajisai Kindergarten of Honda Gakuen in Kamimashiki District, Kumamoto Prefecture. On that day, we plan to hold a soccer class and a seed planting ceremony with the students.

[Comment from Daiki NIWA]
"Hello everyone. During my last visit to Ajisai Kindergarten, I planted grass seeds, and this time I will be re-seeding to ensure that the grass takes root properly on the ground, along with conducting a soccer class."
Through this activity, I will do my best to contribute in my current position.
I am looking forward to meeting everyone at Ajisai Kindergarten.
□ About the 'Niwa Shiba Project'
Overview
We will convert the dirt fields of kindergartens, elementary schools, and junior high schools that were damaged by disasters into grass using the Evergreen method (seeding).
【Purpose】
① "For the future children"
We want to create an environment where children actively play outside, develop their character through various sports, and experience the greatness of sports.
② "Improvement of Safety"
During activities like running games, the grass acts as a cushion, making it less likely to get injured and fostering a love for outdoor play.
③ "Improvement of Comfort"
The rise in temperature during summer is suppressed, allowing for comfortable outdoor play even in summer.
[Target] Kindergartens, elementary schools, and junior high schools in areas affected by the earthquake
