Today, on Nov 14 (Wed), a regular passenger car driven by GK coach Joan MIRET was involved in a collision at an intersection near Misonocho 3-chome in Kodaira City, Tokyo.
Additionally, there were no injuries to the man driving the vehicle that was involved in the contact or to Joan MIRET, the GK coach.
We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience caused to everyone involved regarding this matter. The club will issue a strict warning to GK coach Joan MIRET and will thoroughly implement measures for traffic safety among all players and related parties to prevent recurrence.

3. Overview
Joan MIRET, the goalkeeper coach, was driving a regular passenger car when he attempted to turn left at the T-junction of Misato-cho 3-chome towards Tanashi. He stopped because the traffic light turned red. Since he had crossed the stop line, he reversed without sufficient checking and made contact with a vehicle (a medium-sized motorcycle) that was stopped behind him.
The man driving the contacted vehicle (with no passengers) and GK coach Joan MIRET were not injured. After the accident occurred, we promptly contacted the police and other relevant parties to respond.
