FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Soccer Class in Gaien" in December as well. The venue is "Meiji Jingu Gaien Futsal Club Shinanomachi Court".

This is a beginner soccer class for those who want to learn the basics of soccer! Experience the joy of soccer with the coaches and let's get moving together! We sincerely look forward to your participation.

* Due to facility circumstances, the soccer class will use futsal balls. Thank you for your understanding.

"Adult Soccer Class in Gaien (Beginner Class)"

The beginner class is for those who have not played soccer as a sport, even if they have some experience or have learned it before. The priority is enjoyment, and it is aimed at those who love FC Tokyo.

□ Course Introduction

We will proceed as follows.

・Warming up (along with the theme, icebreakers, etc.)

・Basic Training 1 (Fundamental Techniques of the Theme)

・Basic Training 2 (Training using basic techniques while applying them)

・Game

* There will be three events in December.

19:30 to 21:00 (90 minutes)

Reception Hours (19:00 - 19:30)

The reception will be at the same location as the Gaien Soccer School reception (in front of Court 4).

* We will do our best to hold the event even in rainy weather, but it may be canceled if it is difficult to ensure safety due to severe weather conditions.

No alternative date will be held in case of cancellation.

Beginners aged 16 and over (High school students must have parental consent)

Participation Fee

2,200 yen per time (including insurance fee, tax included)

* Information regarding the payment method for participation will be provided separately to the participants.

・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone (03-5600-4441) by 16:00 on the day of the event.

*Please be aware that if you cancel after 16:00 on the day of the event, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be incurred.

*If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results,
