Swiss luxury watch brand TAG Heuer, in collaboration with the Japan Professional Football League (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Mitsuru Murai, abbreviation: J-League), is pleased to announce that Go HATANO from our club has been nominated for the 'TAG Heuer YOUNG GUNS AWARD 2018.'
Voting will start from Nov 28 (Wed) 18:00 until Dec 16 (Sun) 23:59 on the official website. The 11 selected 'TAG Heuer YOUNG GUNS' will be announced on the official website on Dec 17 (Mon) after the results of the public voting and selection process.
About the TAG Heuer YOUNG GUNS AWARD
An award established in June 2017 aimed at developing a young player base that will support the next generation of the J.League and contribute to the future growth of the J.League.
The award recipients for 2018 are 543 players under the age of 23 belonging to J1, J2, and J3 clubs (players born on or after April 2, 1995).
Starting from November 28, 2018 (scheduled), general voting by fans will begin on the official website for 30 candidates selected based on their performance throughout the season. After the final selection process, which includes the results, the 11 best young players of the year will be chosen on December 17, 2018 (scheduled).
