We have discovered that inappropriate product labeling has occurred with the "Leather Key Holder" and "Leather Strap" (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "target products"), which were planned and produced by J League Marketing Co., Ltd. and sold at FC Tokyo and other Flag Towns from 2013 to 2018. We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience caused to our customers who purchased these products. We will respond as outlined below.
1. Incident
It has come to our attention that the product sold, despite being made of polyurethane, was labeled with the term "leather" in its product name. The affected product has been sold under the same name since 2013, with changes in shape, but all have been made from polyurethane.

3. Future Actions
If you wish to return the purchased eligible product, we will collect the eligible product and refund the purchase price. Please note that the eligible product is currently no longer on sale, but we plan to sell it under a different name starting from the 2019 season.
We will strive to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future.
