FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Futsal Class in Musashino-En" in March following the event in February. The venue is the "Musashino no Mori General Sports Plaza" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.

As spring approaches, it has become the perfect time for exercise. Since it's in a gym, there's no worry about rain, snow, or the pollen unique to spring. This is a beginner futsal class for those who want to try kicking a ball, learn the basics of futsal, or enjoy playing futsal in a fun way! We sincerely look forward to your participation.

About Waiting List

* Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* Changing rooms are available.
