FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Soccer School in Gaien" in March as well. The venue will be the "Meiji Jingu Gaien Futsal Club Shinanomachi Court".

Want to learn the basics of soccer! Want to enjoy soccer! This is a beginner-friendly soccer school for those who want to do so. Let's experience the fun of soccer together with the coaches and move our bodies together! We look forward to your participation.

※Due to facility circumstances, the soccer class will be using futsal balls. Please understand in advance.

※Due to facility usage, the adult soccer class at Meiji Jingu Gaien Futsal Club Shinano-cho Court will end in March.

"Adult Soccer Class in Gaien (Beginner Class)"

※The beginner class is for those who have never experienced soccer before, or those who have learned but have not played as a sport, with enjoyment as the top priority, and for those who love FC Tokyo.

Course Introduction

We will proceed in the following manner.

・Warm-up (including icebreakers) according to the theme

・Basic Training 1 (Fundamental Techniques of the Theme)

・Basic Training 2 (Training with Basic Techniques, Advanced Training)

・Game

19:30～21:00 (90 minutes)

※The reception will be in the same location as the Gaien Soccer School reception (in front of Court 4).
※We will try our best to hold the event even in rainy weather, but in case of severe weather where safety cannot be guaranteed, it may be cancelled.
※There will be no alternate date for rescheduling in case of cancellation.
