Starting today, the U-18 team will embark on an expedition to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Before departure at Narita Airport, the players received encouragement from Director Okuhara and reaffirmed the purpose of this expedition.

Representing the players, Teppei OKA stated, "I will do my best so that my feelings and play do not lose to overseas players. I will become stronger as an individual and return to Japan."
After a flight of about 13 hours, we arrived at Abu Dhabi Airport in the UAE at 1 AM local time.
We moved to the hotel from there and safely arrived at our destination.

The hotel breakfast is served in a buffet style.
All the dishes were delicious, and the players served various dishes on their plates and ate everything without leaving any leftovers.

In the afternoon, we held an orientation for the expedition.
A representative from the Japan International Cooperation Center explained the purpose and background of this expedition, incorporating the international relations between Japan and the UAE.
Incorporating a quiz format, the players seemed to learn in a fun way.

Training was conducted on this day.
The temperature was around 24°C, and the climate was comfortable with not much humidity.
The players will move their bodies properly with training such as running and using the ball, and they will push themselves individually!

After that, moved to the stadium to watch the AE League.
During halftime, we interacted with local Japanese residents while having light snacks.
The children received ballpoint pens as gifts from the players. Everyone was happy.

We will proceed with our expedition while experiencing various people and cultures!
