Target Audience
Anyone over 15 years old
※For U-5 players who are scheduled to graduate in March 2019
※Registration application form signed and stamped by a guardian is required for those under 18 years old.

・If you wish to participate in the information session, please come directly to the venue on the day.
・If you wish to register as a member, please bring two photos (size: 3cm x 2.5cm) on the day of registration.
・Participants under 18 years old must have their registration application form signed and stamped by their guardian, and provide the two photos mentioned above. If the participant is attending alone on the day of the event, they will need to complete the necessary procedures at a later date.
