Yojiro TAKAHAGI was driving a regular passenger car (with no passengers) on Koshu Highway at 1-34 Tobitakyu, Chofu City, Tokyo, when he mismanaged the steering and made contact with the central divider, resulting in a property damage accident that damaged the central divider and the right front part of his car.
Furthermore, there are no injuries to Takahagi and there was no contact with other vehicles. After the incident occurred, we promptly contacted the police and other relevant parties to address the situation.
