FC Tokyo will also be implementing the "Player Invitation Seats" where players will invite people from local welfare facilities during the 2019 season. This season, under the call of player chairman Kosuke OTA, all players (※) have agreed to this project and will invite various local governments, welfare organizations, and boards of education to our home games. Please note that the organizations to be invited will be decided through coordination between the club and each local government. We ask for your continued support and passionate cheers for the FC Tokyo players who fight alongside the community this season.

We want people to experience the excitement and intensity of soccer by watching it live at the stadium, and this project started from the players' desire to contribute to the local community through soccer. It has been implemented since 2003. The players themselves purchase annual tickets and invite people from welfare facilities and children from local soccer teams.

"We have decided to implement the "Player Invitation Seat" for the 2019 season as well. For each home league game, we will invite 32 people from welfare facilities to the main S designated seats, for a total of 544 people throughout the year. We hope that many people will be able to see the players' dynamic performances at Ajinomoto Stadium and become fans of FC Tokyo. We will continue to work hard in our daily practices and games to achieve our goal of becoming a strong and beloved team this season!"

※Note that Naohiro ISHIKAWA (current FC Tokyo Club Communicator), who has been invited since his active player days in support of the main purpose of this project, will continue to invite youth soccer teams this season as well.
