Course Introduction
We will proceed in the following manner.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Stop, Kick, Carry as the basis)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)
※As this is a classroom for beginners, the main focus is on basic training. Additionally, those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.

※Payment for participation
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (2,200 yen in full) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when you are selected by lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.
