Regarding the application for the Kawasaki Frontale exchange match for first-year soccer school students
FC Tokyo Soccer School will hold an exchange match with Kawasaki Frontale for new first graders.

□Date and Time: May 2, 2015 (Saturday) 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Reception starts at 10:45 AM)
□Venue:Ajinomoto Stadium West Ground (Natural Grass)
□Target: FC Tokyo vs Kawasaki Frontale match viewing scheduled for FC Tokyo Soccer School first-year students. *On the day of the event, we will confirm your viewing ticket at the reception.
□Number of recruits: 96 people
□Participation Fee: 1000 yen (including event insurance fee) *To be collected at the reception on the day of the event.
□Application Method: Please enter the application form from the link above, fill in the required information, and submit it.
□Application Deadline:By April 16 (Thursday) 17:00
If there are many applicants, selection will be made by lottery, and we will reply by email on April 20 (Monday).
If you do not receive a reply by April 21 (Tuesday), please contact the school office at (03-5600-4441).
□Others
Please wear schoolwear or clothing with the FC Tokyo emblem.
In case of rain, a decision to cancel will be made by 8:00 on the day of the event, and the status of the school will be posted on the website and mobile site.
*If you belong to a team, it will be assumed that you have obtained the team's consent at the time of application.
* On the day of the home game, parking will not be available. We kindly ask you to use public transportation to get here.
