On Sunday, September 30th, we will hold a Big Frames social gathering exclusively for Big Frames (club support members with 10 or more subscriptions).
This will be an opportunity for the top team players and staff to participate and deepen their friendship with the members.
Under the guidance of coach Kenta HASEGAWA, we hope you will fully enjoy the games and conversations while cheering on our team that fights tenaciously and earnestly. We warmly invite you to participate enthusiastically.
Due to scheduling reasons, official matches for FC Tokyo U-23 and U-18 will be held on the day of the event, but we kindly ask for your enthusiastic participation.
Please note that only those who have become Big Frames by the application deadline are eligible, so if you wish to participate, please join as a club support member or increase your number of shares as soon as possible.

1. Event Date and Time
September 30 (Sunday) 18:00 - 20:00 (scheduled)
 
2. Membership Fee
10,000 yen/person (including tax)
*Exclusive souvenirs for participants

3. Eligible Participants
Big Frames Members 520 (planned)
* If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
※Participation is limited to members only. Please refrain from bringing children or companions.
*Due to the evening event, participation is not allowed for those under junior high school age.
Groups, organizations, and teams can participate with up to 3 members, but the membership fee will be 10,000 yen each.
Please let us know your name as we will create a name tag.

4. How to Apply

If you wish to sit at the same table as your friends, or if you would like to request payment for two or more memberships, please let us know at the time of application.
If you are applying as a corporation, organization, or group, you will be seated at the same table. If you would like a separate table, please let us know.
If you are unable to use the application form, please write "Request to participate in the exchange meeting" and include (1) your name (2) membership number (3) contact information (phone number and fax number) on a postcard and send it to the contact information at the bottom.
*If there is a change in your address, please inform us at the time of application.
