□Tournament Overview
The 2019 Takamado Cup JFA U-18 Soccer Prince League consists of a total of 16 teams from 9 regions (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Hokushinetsu, Tokai, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu) based on their performance (excluding second teams from Premier League clubs).
Hokkaido: 2 teams, Tohoku: 2 teams, Kanto: 3 teams, Hokushinetsu: 2 teams, Tokai: 1 team, Kansai: 1 team, Chugoku: 2 teams, Shikoku: 1 team, Kyushu: 2 teams
The number of slots for each region is calculated based on the performance points in the Type 2 regional federation tournaments of the 2019 Prince Takamado Trophy JFA U-18 Soccer League (excluding second teams of Premier League clubs).
□Tournament Format
16 teams are divided into 4 groups and compete in a knockout format to determine one winner from each group, totaling 4 winning teams. These 4 teams earn the right to participate in the next year's Prince Takamado Trophy JFA U-18 Soccer Premier League 2020.
