[7/27 Update][Important] Regarding the Refund Process for 2020 Annual Tickets

The deadline for procedures isby 7/31 (Fri) 23:59.
The inquiry reception hours will be until 17:00 on July 31 (Friday), so if you have not completed your procedures yet, please do so as soon as possible.

From 7/10 (Friday), we would like to inform you that the refund process for annual tickets will begin.
Refund procedures must be completed by July 31 (Friday) 23:59. If the deadline is missed, the rights will expire and the refund will be forfeited.
The certificate required to receive a donation tax deduction will only be sent to those who have contacted us in advance. If you need it, please let us know at socio@fctokyo.co.jp before the deadline for procedures. We will send the necessary certificate for the donation tax deduction at a later date.
If you do not contact us in advance, the certificate necessary for the donation tax deduction will not be sent.
※If you have already agreed to waive the refund, no additional contact is necessary.
□Step 1: Please log in using the URL provided in the email.
From July 10 (Fri) 17:00, we will sequentially send necessary emails for the procedure from "refundss@pia.co.jp". Please log in using the URL provided in the email.
The URL listed is different for each customer (SOCIO number), so please be careful not to make any mistakes during the procedure.
Regarding Login ID and Password
Please check the "2020 Year Ticket Refund Procedure Information" enclosed with the Aoiaka Communication. If you have not received the Aoiaka Communication, please contact FC Tokyo.
If you enter the login ID or password incorrectly 3 times, your account will be locked. If your account is locked, please fill in the required information in the 【Inquiry about Refunds】 section and contact us.

□Step 2: Please register your refund account information after logging in.
On the page after logging in, please register the account information for the refund of your annual ticket. Be sure to check that there are no mistakes in the "transfer amount" or "transfer account" etc.
The deadline for procedures is until July 31 (Friday) 23:59.
□Step 3: Please confirm your deposit.
If you complete the procedures up to Step 2 on weekdays between 8:50 AM and 2:30 PM, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedures are completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.

If you do not receive the notification email by 7/13 (Monday), please access the URL below, fill in the necessary information, and contact us through the inquiry form. (Please set the subject as "FC Tokyo Refund" and include your "SOCIO number" and mention that you have not received the email in the question content.)

Refund-related operations are outsourced to PIA Corporation. Due to contractual reasons, depending on the content, the contact point may not be able to respond, and you may be asked to contact the other inquiry point directly. □ To everyone who declined the annual ticket refund
It has been officially approved by the Japan Sports Agency that FC Tokyo's annual tickets qualify for tax benefits (donation deductions).
Therefore, in order to issue the necessary certificates for the donation tax deduction, we plan to conduct a separate survey regarding the issuance of certificates for those who have declined the refund. We would appreciate your patience as we prepare the survey announcement.
