・Only one application is allowed per member ID. If multiple applications are submitted using the same member ID, all such applications will be invalidated.
(Example) If you apply as both a SOCIO and a Club Support Member, you can submit one application with your SOCIO number and one with your Club Support Member number, for a total of two applications.
・Prizes will be shipped to the registered residence address in your J.League ID. If you have not registered the necessary information for shipping (postal code, address, name, phone number), please register it by the campaign deadline.
※Please note that if the registered address changes after the prize has been shipped and the package is returned, we will not resend the prize.
・After winning, resale on auction or flea market sites is prohibited. Please apply with this understanding.
