Regarding Viewing Manners for the Match Against Yokohama FM on 10/24 (Saturday)

Notice from the club

In the case of matches under strict security measures and heightened alert, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners & rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures".
* Changes from the 10/10(Tue) G Osaka match and the 10/14 Shimizu match (12,000 person limit) are indicated in red.</span></strong>

FC Tokyo will ease the attendance restrictions starting from the Yokohama FM match on Saturday, 10/24.

Due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by local authorities, there may be sudden changes in restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods.

□Requirements for All Attendees
(1) If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
・If you have any symptoms (e.g., fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormalities in taste or smell, etc.)
・If there are suspected infections among family members or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods imposed by the government within the last 14 days, or have had close contact with residents of those areas
・If you have a history of a positive PCR test,
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved, but less than 10 days since the onset of symptoms).
② For asymptomatic individuals, less than 10 days since a positive PCR test.

(2) Please do not engage in handshakes, hugs, or similar gestures.

(3) Please maintain social distancing. (During entry and exit, in line for the restroom, etc.).
* Please use the restrooms and concession stands at different times if possible, as they tend to be crowded, especially just before the match starts and during halftime.

(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
* A 100% mask-wearing rate is a condition for the relaxation of the attendance limit. Staff will approach those who are not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* Infants under 2 years old can enter and watch without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 5 regarding pregnant women and children).
We recommend that children aged 2 and older wear masks, but if they do wear a mask, please ensure that parents and surrounding adults pay close attention to the child's health.
If the person is feeling unwell or if it is difficult to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear it.
If you do not wear a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing, along with your guardians.

(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
* Please bring disinfectant (such as a portable bottle) as much as possible for infection prevention.

(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking inside the venue is strictly forbidden. If found, it will be confiscated (non-returnable).

□New Items to Bring When Watching
Please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket when coming to the stadium.

・Handkerchief

□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Your temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be permitted if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that refunds will not be issued even if entry is denied. Additionally, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
Please bring hand sanitizer in a portable bottle and disinfect your hands frequently to prevent infection.

(3) We will not organize a waiting line to secure entry order before the venue opens.
*Please arrive with plenty of time to help disperse the crowd.
Please do not form a waiting line around the stadium in advance.
*To prioritize safety, entry may take longer than usual.

(4) Please use the gates below according to your seat type. (See the diagram below)
・Main Gate 3: Main SS Seats, Main S Seats, Home Seats (South Side)
・Gate 2 North: Home SG Section, Home Seats (North Side)
・Back 3 Gate: Back SB Seats, Home Center Seats, Seven-Eleven Seats, Back Seats
・South 1 Gate: Visitor Seats

(5) Re-entry is not allowed.

(6) We will conduct a lap for FC Tokyo players.
* We will not implement regulated exits, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures, such as staggering times.
Please understand and cooperate in maintaining distance from those around you when exiting the venue.


□Events and Vendors
(1) Events will be held with careful consideration of social distancing.
* Information about the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(2) There will be no mascot greetings outside or in the concourse.
* Details about mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(3) Food and beverages (excluding alcohol) will be sold.
* Alcohol will not be sold. Additionally, bringing alcohol into the venue is prohibited. Drinking inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If discovered, it will be confiscated. (No returns)
※Due to expected congestion at the venue's concession stands, please bring your own food and beverages other than alcohol for infection prevention purposes.
* Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be operating will be provided on the official homepage and other platforms.

(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.
* The stores where this will be implemented will be announced on the official homepage and other platforms.

(5) No smoking areas will be established inside the stadium.

When lining up at events, food stalls, and merchandise stalls, please maintain adequate social distancing and keep space between each other.

□How to Watch the Game
(1) During the game, moving from your seat is prohibited (such as sitting next to each other without spacing, moving to the front of the stands to call out to players, or moving to a dry place during rain).

(2) Watching the game wearing the visiting team's uniforms or goods is only allowed in the "Visitor Seats." Cheering for the visiting team (clapping and hand claps only) is also only allowed in the "Visitor Seats."

(3) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.


□Cheering Style
The prohibited actions are as follows.
・Inciting cheers
・Cheering with voices such as singing, whistling
・Waving or spinning towel scarves, large flags, and other flags
・Use of megaphones including tramagas
・Drums and other noise-making instruments
・High fives, linking arms
・Cheering using big flags
・Actions that disturb other spectators, such as displaying gate flags on seats
*Clapping and hand clapping are allowed.
*From 10/17 onward, the use of drums, cheering clappers, and other noise-making instruments that can be played at your seat may be permitted at the discretion of the host club; however, FC Tokyo continues to prohibit these actions for both FC Tokyo and visiting teams to prevent infection spread and avoid trouble among attendees.


□Regarding the Display of Banners (Flags, Horizontal Banners, etc.)
The locations for displaying banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) are designated. Please refrain from displaying them in non-designated areas. Follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

From the perspective of infection prevention, only FC Tokyo plans to display banners (flags, banners, etc.) at staggered times.
For those preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Side Triangle Plaza" 120 minutes before the gates open.
For those who prepare in advance, temperature checks will be conducted, and entry will not be permitted if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, displaying banners (flags, streamers) after the gates open is also permitted.

It will be displayed after the gates open.
* Visitor team banners cannot be displayed in advance.

* Please confirm with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when posting.
* The use of duct tape when installing banners is prohibited.


□Other Prohibited Items
・Please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・If you do not have a ticket, please do not come to the stadium or its surroundings.

Please adhere to the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules) and the FC Tokyo Soccer Match Management Regulations, as well as the J.League Guidelines for COVID-19 Response.

Q1. I am feeling a bit unwell, but my temperature is not over 37.5 degrees. Is it okay to go to the stadium?
If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending, regardless of your body temperature.

Q2. Is there a shuttle bus?
A2. The shuttle bus will operate. For details, please refer to the official homepage and other sources.

Q3. Is there a waiting line before the gates open?
A3. There is no waiting line before the gates open. All seats are reserved. Please refrain from coming to the stadium before the gates open.

Q4. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A4. AO-AKA PARK will be held. It will be open from the gate opening until kickoff. However, alcohol sales will not be conducted.
Please note that AO-AKA PARK will be treated as an indoor venue.

Q5. Can I bring food or drinks that contain alcohol?
A5. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. To ensure compliance with viewing etiquette inside the stadium, we must refuse drinking alcohol within the venue. Bringing food and beverages other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.

Q6. Will there be crowding during entry and exit?
A6. Arriving just before the match is expected to be crowded. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
* We will not implement regulated exits, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures, such as staggering times.
* When leaving, please understand and cooperate by maintaining space between yourself and those around you in all directions.


Q7. Is it okay to place a uniform in the empty seat next to me?

A7. No problem. However, please let those around you know before placing it.

Q8. How can we create excitement during the member announcement?
A8. Cheering out loud is prohibited. Please feel free to cheer with applause and clapping.

Q9. It’s been a while since I watched a game at Ajinomoto Stadium. I want to sing You’ll Never Walk Alone to welcome the players.
A9. Singing out loud is prohibited. It is possible to hold up scarves, etc.

Q10. How can we enhance the atmosphere during player entrance?
A10. Cheering out loud is prohibited. Please feel free to encourage with applause and hand clapping.

Q11. Can I raise a towel muffler?
A11. No problem.
However, please refrain from displaying anything that may disturb those around you. Additionally, actions such as waving or spinning towel scarves are prohibited.

Q12. Is it allowed to raise a gate flag (geefura)?
A12. Displaying gate flags is not prohibited. However, please refrain from displaying them in a way that may disturb those around you.

Q13. Do I have to remain silent during the match?
A13. Natural sounds and applause that occur during the match are not prohibited. Please actively applaud good plays and support the players.
However, cheering out loud is prohibited for infection prevention.

Q14. Is it allowed to change seats when it rains or when players approach?
It is prohibited to move from your seat during the match.

Q15. Are there any queue rules inside the stadium?
A15. When waiting in line at food and merchandise stalls, restrooms, etc., please follow the guidance (such as the signs on the ground) and maintain social distancing while queuing.
Restrooms and concession stands may be crowded just before the match starts and during halftime, so please try to avoid using them during peak times.

Q16. Are there food and beverage vendors inside the stadium?
A16. The stadium shop is open. However, alcoholic beverages are not sold.

Q17. Is there a merchandise store?
A17. The merchandise store will be open, but the products sold will be limited.
There are no new products on the day of the match, so please consider using the official online store.

Q18. Is there a gacha machine?
A18. Gachapon is available for sale, but it is not sold through the usual vending machines; products will be handed over by the staff.
Also, please refrain from activities that may lead to congestion, such as product exchanges.

Q19. Is alcohol disinfection installed?
A19. Alcohol disinfectant is available in the venue, but please bring your own alcohol disinfectant if possible.

Q20. Are masks sold inside the venue?
Q20. Masks are not sold at the stadium. Please be sure to bring your own.

Q21. Are there places to eat?
Q21. From the perspective of infection prevention, please eat at your own seat. Also, when eating or drinking, we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as refraining from conversations with others.

Q22. Is there a smoking area?
We will not install it inside the stadium.
