Due to changes in seat allocation/pricing for season tickets, automatic renewal will not be implemented for both the "2021 Season Tickets" and "2021 Club Support Members" for the 2021 season.

In addition, there are important notes regarding the application for the "2021 Annual Ticket," so please make sure to check this page and the details page before applying, and complete the application process yourself.

◇2021 Season Tickets

□Main Changes for the 2021 Season
Change ① Seat allocation and prices have been changed.</span></strong>
Seat Allocation

* Due to sales conditions, there may be areas that are not open.
* The standing area (home free seating lower level) does not require standing.
This is an area where people who are standing will not be told to "please sit down."
* The seat types where you can wear visitor goods and support the visiting team are the "Main SS Reserved Seat South Side," "Main S Reserved Seat South Side," and "Visitor Free Seating." All other seat types are designated as FC Tokyo supporter seats.

＜Price＞We will increase the discount rate per game compared to the 2020 season!

◇U-18: For those under 18 years old (born on or after January 1, 2003)
◇Senior: For those 65 years and older (born on or before December 31, 1956)
◇There will be no advance tickets or same-day tickets available for ticket types that do not have a price listed under "General Price."
◇Preschool children do not need a ticket if they watch on their guardian's lap.

【Key Points of Seat Changes】
□ Back Stand Area
① Establishment of new Back Free Seating
② Establishment of new Back Center Reserved Seating
・The 3 blocks of Home Center Free Seating will expand to 6 blocks, including the upper tier area.
・Seats will change from free seating to reserved seating.
③ Changes to Back SB and SU Reserved Seating
・The names will be changed.
・The 3 blocks of Back SB Reserved Seating will expand to 6 blocks, and Back SU Reserved Seating will be limited to the north area of the upper front tier excluding Back SB Reserved Seating.
④ Establishment of new South Side Free Seating
* Due to the above changes, the "Back Upper Tier Free Seating" will be abolished.

□ North Stand Area
① Change of Home SG Reserved Seats
・The name will be changed.
・All blocks from the upper front section of Block 7.
＜Before the change to the back stand＞

<After Back Stand Change>

For those who purchased the "Back SB Reserved Seat" in the 2020 season, the same seat will be provided in the "Back Center UF Reserved Seat". Those who purchased the "Main SS Reserved Seat" and "Main S Reserved Seat" will also be provided with the same seat as usual.

Change ② The application for the "Family Ticket Type" has ended for all seat types, and the "U-18 Ticket Type," which was introduced in advance for home free seats in the 2020 season, will be introduced.</span></strong>
・You will be able to purchase U-18 ticket types individually from one seat.
・For family ticket types, the seats where F1 and F2 were seated will be secured in the same seats for the 2021 season as well.
*If you wish to purchase seats together for F1 and F2, please enter "Request to sit together with ○○ from F1 or F2" with the full name in the "Remarks" column when purchasing. Please note that if the SOCIO number and full name are not provided, it may not be possible to seat together.
・As a "new application," the SOCIO number will be a new number, and a new SOCIO card will be issued. The continuous years will also start from the first year.

Change ③: The eligible age and applicable seat types for the "Senior Ticket" have been changed.</span></strong>

・Applicable seat types: "Main S Reserved Seat", "Back Center UF Reserved Seat", "Back Center Reserved Seat", "Back UF Reserved Seat", "Home UF Reserved Seat" reserved seats</span>
・Eligible Age: "65 years and older" (Those born on or before December 31, 1956)
※Currently, those who do not meet the above eligible age and seat category for the "Senior Ticket" will be required to apply at the price of "1 seat."

Change ④ From February 3, 2020, a "J.League ID" is required to apply for an annual ticket.</span></strong>

・Only one set can be applied for with one J.League ID.</span>
※Even if you apply for 2 or more sets under the same name, you will need 2 or more J.League IDs.
・If you want to change the name on the annual ticket application, please first change the name on your J.League ID in My Page before applying.</span>
*Name changes cannot be made on the application page.
<Application Flow>

□Regarding the Sending of Renewal Notices
The sending of renewal notices will be discontinued from the 2021 season.
Please obtain a J.League ID and complete the application procedure online.

□ About Automatic Renewal
We had planned to introduce an automatic renewal system using credit card payments starting from the 2021 season, but due to changes in seat allocation and pricing, the 2021 season will not implement this system. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to complete the application process yourself.

□ In the case of a "remote match" or a "restricted match"
For matches where the "rights*" that were planned during the annual ticket sales cannot be provided, refunds will be issued in a lump sum "after the end of the season."
*"Rights" refer to…
① The right to enter matches covered by the annual ticket
② The right to watch within the purchased seat type and seat (in the case of reserved seats)
* Refunds will not be available if there are restrictions on support, food and drink, events, etc.

* If all seats are designated seats without seat spacing, the following information will be provided. (Planned)
Designated Seats: Normal operation (entry with SOCIO card/watching from your seat) with no refunds
Free Seats: Issued for 0 yen via J Ticket (QR entry (SOCIO card entry not allowed)/watching from secured seats) with no refunds

The refund amount is as follows.
(Annual ticket price – Annual ticket operating cost) ÷ Number of matches eligible for annual tickets × Number of matches eligible for refunds
※ We will refund the following amount, which is the selling price minus a uniform "5,800 yen" as the annual ticket operating cost.
※Regardless of seat type/ticket type/continuation period, the operating cost will be uniform.
* No return is required for various benefits of the annual ticket.
*Amounts less than 1 yen will be rounded up and refunded.

□ How to Decide Reserved Seats in the Back Stand
・Adjacent seats/ consecutive seats can be purchased. There is a field to enter the "Name of the person requesting adjacent seats" at the time of application, so if you enter the name of the person you wish to sit next to, we will arrange seats next to each other.</strong></span>

① "Back Center UF Designated Seat"
A period during which you can preferentially continue with the same seat as the 2020 season (After January 6, 2021 (Wednesday), seat positions will be assigned preferentially from the closest to the center line in the order of application).
※Only those who purchased the "Back SB Reserved Seats" in the 2020 season will be able to continue with priority in the same seats at the Back Center UF Reserved Seats.

・Reserved seats will be determined by the club, so detailed seat selection is not accepted at the time of application, and seat positions are decided based on the above rules.
Regarding the "Back Center Reserved Seats," we will determine the seat location based on the rules above after asking for your preferred area in the diagram below.
If you fill in your desired seat location in the "Designated Seat Request Section" when applying, the club will make every effort to accommodate your request when determining your seat.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your requests.

□ Regarding the "Pair Seat" Waitlist
"Pair seats" are currently sold out, but if any seats become available during the 2020 season, priority will be given to those who continue their SOCIO membership. If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, please indicate this in the <Request field> at the time of application.

□ To everyone who has purchased corporate season tickets
We will provide further information regarding the handling of corporate season tickets at a later date.
