This is an announcement regarding the delivery date of SOCIO cards, membership cards, and other items for those who applied for the 2021 season annual tickets and club support membership.

We have enclosed the schedule, but please note that due to shipping arrangements, the schedule is as of January 22, 2020.
Changes from the enclosed schedule
・Regarding the schedule of the group stage of the <2021 J.League YBC Levain Cup>, as announced by the club on 2/9 (Wed), the kickoff time for Sec. 1 Tokushima Vortis match has been changed from 19:00 to 18:00.

□About the Delivery of Annual Tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, it will be as follows. If you have applied for the club support member at the same time, it will be sent together with the annual ticket. If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.
Please note that the matches on March 3 (Wed) against Tokushima and March 6 (Sat) against Cerezo Osaka will be restricted matches, and as previously announced, they will be matches where entry with a SOCIO card is not allowed. Therefore, everyone must purchase tickets themselves and enter the venue, so please be aware.

▷Payment must be completed by January 19 (Tuesday) for those who applied
⇒Annual tickets will be shipped sequentially starting from February 19 (Friday)
* Shipping will be done sequentially, so it may take up to a week from the above shipping date.
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox, so please contact the phone number listed on the notice and request a redelivery.
▷For those who make payments on or after Jan 20 (Tue)
⇒Tickets will be handed out at the home game venue from the 3/3 (Wed) Tokushima Vortis match onward. Please note that due to infection prevention measures, it may take a considerable amount of time to receive your tickets, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
We will provide separate information to the relevant parties regarding the date, time, and location of receipt as soon as it is decided.

□ About Deliveries to Club Support Members
The shipment is scheduled for the following dates, so thank you for your cooperation.

⇒ Shipping will start sequentially from Feb 19 (Fri)
*Even for those at the same address, delivery may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status.
