Regarding the wheelchair seating, disabled parking, and magnetic loop seating for the Tokushima Vortis match on 3/3 (Wed), the operational methods are as follows. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1.Understanding the Viewing Area
To identify and notify contacts in the event of an infection, on the day of the match, staff will verify the seat number of the purchased ticket and the wheelchair seat number in the wheelchair seating area where you will be watching the game (including accompanying persons). We appreciate your cooperation.

2. Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance gates and wheelchair entrance (ground floor). Please note that if your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Viewing Areas
"Main S Front North Side" (Former Permanent Wheelchair Seats / 13 seats each)
"Main S Rear North Side"・"Back Rear"・"Back Center Rear" Wheelchair Seats (Former Temporary Wheelchair Seats / about 40 seats)
* To prevent the spread of infection, please sit with spacing between seats. Only one companion is allowed. From the second companion onward, please watch from the seat (reserved seat) of the purchased ticket.
* Wheelchair seats behind the home seats are not available for use.</strong>
* Wheelchair seating is not available for advance reservation.

"Main S Front Wheelchair Seats (North Side)" (Former Permanent Wheelchair Seats)
1. Eligible Persons
Those who hold a disability certificate and use a wheelchair are eligible.
※In case of rain, umbrellas cannot be used, so if you wish to watch from the "Main S Front Wheelchair Seats (North Side)", please bring a poncho or raincoat.
If you have a disability certificate, you can also choose to watch from the wheelchair seats in the 'Main S Rear (North Side)', 'Back Rear', or 'Back Center Rear'.

2. Match Tickets
For each person attending the match, one match ticket is required.
(1) Wheelchair user ⇒ Home Seat (Reserved)
* All seat types are designated seats, and the seating arrangement and prices differ from regular matches, so please be careful when making your purchase.
(2) One accompanying person ⇒ Home Seat (Reserved)
To prevent the spread of infection, only one accompanying person is allowed in the wheelchair seating area.
(3) From the 2nd accompanying person onwards ⇒ You will be watching from the seat you purchased.

"Main S Rear (North Side)"・"Back Rear"・"Back Center Rear" Wheelchair Seats
1. Eligible Persons
This is intended for wheelchair users. (For those without a disability certificate)</strong>

2. Match Tickets
Please purchase tickets for the desired viewing area for the number of people.
To prevent the spread of infection, only one accompanying person is allowed in the wheelchair seating area.
For the second person and beyond, you will watch the game from the purchased seats (reserved seats).
※ Home seats and wheelchair seats at the back of the south side seats are not available.

□Accessible Parking

Those who hold a disability certificate are eligible.

2. About Parking Usage
Advance registration is required. If there are many applications, a lottery will be held after the application period.
We will inform you of the results via email, so please check your inbox.

3. Application Method
(1) Please fill out the required information on the application form below and apply via email (unei@fctokyo.co.jp).
*From the 2021 season, applications will only be accepted via email. Please note that applications by fax cannot be processed.
*We apologize for any inconvenience to those who have applied by fax until now, and we appreciate your understanding.
*This is the first application of the season, so please be sure to submit a copy of your disability certificate.

(2) After the application deadline, we will send you the information for the day by email by two business days before the match date.
* There will be no mailing of parking permits for this match.
* We will inform you by email about the parking location and how to confirm your vehicle on the day.
* Please note that we cannot accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery in case of a draw.
*Please ensure that you can receive emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp" so that you can receive notifications regarding the results of your application.

4. Application Period
General ticket sales date: Feb 19 (Fri) 10:00 - Feb 24 (Wed)
We apologize for the short duration of the ticket sales period and any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.
Please note that we cannot accept applications before the start of the application period or after the deadline.

□ Magnetic Loop Seat
For the match against Tokushima on Wednesday, March 3rd, tickets are limited to 5,000 attendees. If tickets sell out during the advance and pre-sale periods, we will not be able to provide seats. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*Please note that seat selection is not available.

2. Sales Period
General ticket sales date: Feb 19 (Fri) 10:00 - Feb 24 (Wed)

*Due to the ticket shipping schedule, please understand that we cannot accept applications after the application period deadline.

3. Application Method

*If you have a disability certificate, please also submit a copy of the disability certificate when applying for the first time in the season.
*If you do not have a disability certificate, please indicate this on the application form.

Will be mailed after the deadline until two days before the relevant match.
