Exclusive for Club Support Members: A video message from the players just for you!
This campaign is exclusively for club support members. We will conduct a lottery to deliver messages from your preferred players to 10 selected pairs of parents and children who apply together, as detailed below.
Of course, those who have already joined can apply immediately, and those who have not yet joined can also apply as soon as they join.

To the winners, we will deliver a video message from your chosen player along with a signed autograph board. Additionally, the player will answer the questions you submitted at the time of application within the video message.

Children enrolled in the 2021 Club Support Member U-18 and guardians enrolled at the Regular level or above

□How to Participate
・Please log in to the dedicated form below and enter the U-18 membership number and the regular or higher membership number.
Please apply in pairs with regular members or above and U-18 members.
* Siblings can apply as one group for multiple U-18 members per adult.
・Please select your desired player when applying.
・In the question section, please write down the questions you would like to ask the selected player. The player will answer in the video.
* There are no specific restrictions on the content of the questions, but please ensure they are within the scope that the player can answer.
