As a result of today's 2021 J League YBC Levain Cup Group Stage Sec. 4, FC Tokyo has secured at least 2nd place in the group, confirming their advancement to the playoff stage.

The playoff stage will be held in a home-and-away format starting Wednesday, June 2.

The 8 teams that advance from the group stage will play two matches in a home-and-away format.
The four teams that win the playoffs will advance to the prime stage.
* The matchups for the playoff stage will be announced as soon as all participating teams are confirmed.

<Tournament Format>
A total of 8 teams, including the 4 teams that advanced through the playoff stage and the 4 teams participating in the AFC Champions League, will compete in a home-and-away style knockout tournament. (The final round is a single match)
* The matchups for the Prime Stage will be determined by a lottery after the conclusion of the Playoff Stage.
