□ About Ticket Refund Methods
Regarding ticket refund methods, we are currently coordinating so that refunds for both paper tickets and QR tickets can start from early June. Details will be announced on the FC Tokyo homepage around late May once finalized.
For Paper Ticket Holders
Refunds are scheduled to be processed at the convenience store (7-Eleven) where the ticket was issued.
For QR Ticket Holders
We plan to refund via bank transfer using Pia (Wellnet remittance service). We will send an email regarding the procedure before the refund process begins.
Please keep your ticket safe until the refund method details are finalized.
□ Handling of Tickets for Successful Resale
All resale transactions established for the relevant match will be canceled by April 30 (Friday). Therefore, cancellation notifications will be sent via email to sellers and buyers from J League Tickets, so please be aware of this in advance.
After the cancellation process is executed, the rights to the QR ticket will return to the seller, so the seller will need to handle the refund.
