FC Tokyo will hold the 'FC Tokyo Soccer Skill Up Summer Clinic' for 5th and 6th grade elementary school students.
In this clinic, we will conduct four intense days of training with coaches from the FC Tokyo Promotion Department to help players grow into individuals who can understand group and team tactics and make their own judgments and decisions.
It is important for individuals to grow within a group by "sharing judgments."
By sharing the decisions and judgments made independently with teammates, not only autonomy but also cooperation is required to achieve group and team goals.
Through the clinic, all staff will do their utmost to guide players to become independent athletes who can make decisions to unleash the power of their group or team.

□Purpose
To develop players who understand group and team tactics and can make their own judgments and decisions

□Eligibility & Capacity
Boys and girls in 5th and 6th grade of elementary school who meet the following conditions
(1) Those who aim to further improve their soccer skills
(2) Those who can participate in all scheduled days (5 days including reserve days)
・Field Player (FP) Course: Capacity 40
・Goalkeeper (GK) Course: Capacity 8
* If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held

□Event Date and Time
July 26 (Mon) to July 29 (Thu), 2021
Morning (Online): 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Scheduled)
Afternoon (Practical): 3:00 PM to 5:15 PM (Scheduled)
*Reserve date: Friday, July 30
* You will attend without staying for 4 days

□Participation Fee
27,500 yen (tax included / includes 2 shirts and insurance for both courses)
* Payment for participation will be made on-site by credit card on the day of the event.
*The shirt is an original event shirt made by New Balance [Size S].

□Implementation Details
Based on "contesting the ball, quick transitions, and hard work," developing players who can initiate plays in teams or groups to score goals and win the ball back

<Morning/Common>
Hold an online meeting to share reflections on training and the training image for the day with the team or group.

<Afternoon / Field Player Course>
Challenge to create opportunities and score goals as a group or team, and make your own judgments and decisions to achieve that.
<Afternoon / Goalkeeper Course>
Challenge to actively protect the goal individually & protect the goal as a group/team.
Aim to gain possession in plays that serve as the starting point for switching from defense to offense.

＜FP Course (Practical)＞Offensive and defensive play in front of the goal (shooting from the start and acquiring the last pass)
＜GK Course (Practical)＞Proactive shot stopping (positioning and saving)
*Joint training with the FP course available

□Items to Bring
(1) Clothes suitable for playing soccer (pants, socks)
(2) Shoes *Either cleats or training shoes are acceptable
(3) Shin guards
(4) Water bottle *Bring plenty during summer (5) Towel *Hand washing will be strictly enforced as an infection prevention measure
(6) Change of clothes
(7) Writing utensils
(8) Copy of insurance card
(9) Goalkeeper gloves ※GK course only

(1) Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection, this event may be canceled suddenly. Please understand in advance.
(2) Details for the day will be provided via email after your participation is confirmed.
(3) In the event that you are unable to participate in the online meeting due to communication errors or disruptions, you will be responsible for this. If there are limitations on data usage, please ensure you participate with sufficient data allowance. Please note that the online meeting will be conducted using the Zoom app.
