In organizing the U-18 team for the 2022 season, selections will be held for current 3rd-year junior high school students based on the following criteria.

Those born between April 2, 2006 and April 1, 2007

□Number of Recruits
A few (field players and goalkeepers)

Please check the examination information that will be sent to you via email after confirming your application and participation ticket, including details such as the meeting time.
* It will be sent to the email address registered with your J League ID at the end of the application period.

* Please note that refunds are not available for cancellation of applications or absence from selections.

Please follow the steps below to apply.
①Download the "Participation Agreement" from below and review the "Guidelines for Preventing COVID-19 Infection."
Only those who agree to the guidelines can participate in the selection.

② Access the application form below and fill in the required information.
◇ The application form ishere
・Please log in with your J.League ID and enter the required information.
If you do not have a J.League ID, please obtain one on the application form authentication page before applying.
After the application period ends, we will use the email address, postal code, address, and phone number registered with your J League ID as contact information for this selection. If there are no necessary registrations or if there are changes to the information, please make the corrections by the end of the application period.
※Please note that if you remove FC Tokyo from your favorite club settings before the application period ends, we will not be able to send you information from FC Tokyo.
* We will send you information from the email address @fctokyo.co.jp, so please set it up to be able to receive it.

③Access the link below and purchase the selection participation ticket.

※Reception starts from 10:00 on June 28, 2021 (Monday)

④After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email from J League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp) confirming your ticket application details.
※Please set your email to receive messages from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
If you do not receive the email, please log in to the J League Ticket official site and check if the payment process has been completed from the 'Purchase History' in the menu button at the top right.

⑤ Issue the "Selection Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
※When issuing the ticket, please provide the "payment slip number (13 digits)" at the store register to issue the ticket.
If you inform the staff that it is an 'internet purchase', the process will proceed smoothly.
※A system usage fee of 110 yen and a ticket issuance fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket, and a payment processing fee may apply depending on the payment method.
Please note that for credit card payments (including d payment, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), tickets cannot be issued at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours after the payment to prevent fraudulent use.
If you want to issue tickets within 24 hours, such as close to the deadline, please select 'Pay at Seven-Eleven.'
◇If you have lost your "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)"
→Please log in to the J League Ticket official website and check under the "Purchase History" in the menu button at the top right.

⑥Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from below and be sure to obtain the signature and approval seal of the representative of your team (such as the coach).
※Currently, those who are not affiliated with a team do not need the representative's signature or approval seal.

7. Attach the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven to the "Examination Acceptance Form" and mail it to the address below.
At that time, also enclose the "Participation Consent Form" downloaded in ① above.

□ Registration Confirmation
For those who have completed the registration of the application form and the mailing of the "Examination Consent Form" and "Participation Agreement", an examination guide will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID at the end of the application period.
※Please note that if you remove FC Tokyo from your favorite club settings before the application period ends, we will not be able to send you information from FC Tokyo.
* We will send you information from the email address @fctokyo.co.jp, so please set it up to be able to receive it.
* If you do not receive the notification email by Jul 19 (Mon), please contact the selection office below.
