FC Tokyo will introduce a tryout service starting from the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 28 match against Kashiwa Reysol on Sunday, September 12, 2021 (19:00 kickoff / Ajinomoto Stadium), allowing customers who purchased QR tickets via J.League Ticket (credit card payment only) to re-purchase tickets for different seats even after the initial purchase.

□What you can do with the seat change (upgrade) service
①Ticket Upgrade
Example: When changing from a Home Seat (2,600 yen) to a Main S Reserved Seat (5,500 yen), you can make the change by paying the difference of 2,900 yen plus a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket.

②Seat change within the same grade
Example: If you purchased a ticket in a Main S seat close to the pitch but wish to change to a seat with a roof due to weather conditions on the match day, you can change your seat by paying a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket.

③ Adding the Number of Tickets Purchased and Changing Previously Purchased Seats
Example: If you purchased one ticket for the back seats but want to purchase additional tickets for companions to sit together, you can change and add tickets by paying a seat change fee of 110 yen per ticket for the previously purchased seats and 3,400 yen for the additional tickets.

□Regarding the Reception Period for Seat Change Service</strong></span>
The seat change service is available from 8:00 on the advance sale date until the opening time on the day of the match.
Please check the game information for each match for gate opening times and other details.

□Important Notes
※The number of purchased tickets cannot be reduced, downgraded, or refunded for the difference.
※Eligible tickets: QR tickets only (credit card payment only)
*Seat change unit: You cannot use the service if the number and amount of tickets purchased is not met.
Example: If you purchase 2 tickets for 2,000 yen each (total 2 tickets for 4,000 yen)
A. Change to 3 tickets for 3,000 yen: ○
B. Change to 2 tickets for 2,000 yen: ○
C. Change to 1 ticket for 4,000 yen: × (changing from 2 tickets to 1 ticket)
D. Change to 2 tickets for 1,500 yen: × (changing from 4,000 yen to 3,000 yen)
*User fee: A seat change fee of 110 yen per seat will be charged.
Tickets purchased with J Ticket coupons, campaigns, etc. cannot be used.
* Club support member benefit tickets, corporate select tickets, preferential sales, and tickets obtained through invitation plans are excluded. Also, please note that some seat types, such as pitch-side seats, are not eligible.
