□ How to Use Wheelchair Seats
Use of wheelchair seats for this match requires advance application.
If you come without a prior application, we will not be able to guide you to the wheelchair seating, so please make sure to apply before your visit.
Please note that if there are many applications, a lottery will be held.

3. Tickets You Purchase
Note: Only one accompanying person is allowed, and if there are two or more, you will need to watch from the seats of the tickets you purchased, so please be aware of this in advance.
4. How to Apply
(1) Please purchase the above tickets in advance and apply via email (unei@fctokyo.co.jp) using one of the methods below during the application period.
① Fill out the required information on the application form, attach it to the email, and apply
* File formats such as PDF, Excel, jpg, etc. are acceptable.
② Include the following required information in the email body and apply

From the 2021 season, applications will only be accepted via email. Please note that we cannot accept applications by fax. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who have previously applied by fax.

5. Application Period
General ticket sales from August 24 (Tue) to August 29 (Sun) 12:00
* We apologize for the short duration due to the ticket sales period, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.
Please note that we cannot accept applications before the start of the application period or after the deadline.
6. Precautions
Please cooperate to prevent the spread of infection.
①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurements will be conducted at the entrance gate. Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket.
② About Seat Spacing
Please take your seats with space between each other.
③Understanding the Viewing Location
To identify and notify contacts in the event of an infection, staff will confirm the seat numbers of tickets purchased on the day of the match (including companions).
